Effective Facial Rejuvenation- Non Medical Procedure Effort to Restore Youthful Skin

A quick way to restore the appearance of a younger age to human face is by performing cosmetic surgery. Choice of medical procedure  include laser skin resurfacing, skin tightening, microdermabrasion, facelift surgery, eyelid Surgery and so on. Not only that these procedures incurred a very high cost, which most of us can’t afford to pay, yet it need a recovery period with strict medication care. Needless to mention the risk for cosmetic surgery such as infection, pigmentation irregularities, textural changes, skin surface irregularities, burns and scarring.

Unless your life depends on it and this is the best alternative available,  you are financially able to spend this amount of money, I would not advise you to resort to cosmetic surgery. Consider the risk and paint you have got to endure, the result will not be permanent as well, as your skin will still age and you might even need to embrace for whole life, the permanent damage caused by cosmetic surgery.

However, that does not mean there are no other ways for your facial rejuvenation remedies. We will need to go back to basic, the natural and safe way of facial rejuvenation process. It’s a painless, cost effective, healthy and long lasting facial rejuvenation practice that work for everybody irregardless of your age, your profession or your gender.

Facial Rejuvenation for everybody will need to start with cleansing the face daily. Avoid all corrosive ingredients or any synthetic chemicals in your cleansing cream because you want to wash your face but not hurting it. Clean you face minimal twice daily and the best time is when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed. In the day time, applying age-defense  day cream that contain high concentrations of unique active ingredients proven to reduce fine  lines and wrinkles, and make your skin softer and younger-looking. You should consider using eye contour gel which reduces wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness around your eyes and this gel must not cause irritation to sensitive skin around the eyes. Whitening day cream made of natural ingredients is good at lightening your skin while also making your skin look younger and softer. The combination of these facial rejuvenation cream will keep your face nourished and supple in the day time.

As for night time, use restorative night cream which contains high concentrations of active ingredients that will work to rejuvenate your skin while you sleep. Night cream compliments day cream in combating the main aging factors such as loss of collagen and elastin, lower levels of hyaluronic acid and oxidation through the action of free radicals. Targeting at reducing  wrinkles, sagging and dull skin, and  many other visible signs of aging.

Beside daily care for your facial rejuvenation practice, some weekly applications will further improve and help to reverse the aging effect. Weekly use of hydrating mask which is usually rich, creamy and moisturizing, help to give an extra boost  in nourishment to your skin whatever its condition. Your skin will be able to regenerate itself under the ingredients such rich plant oils, plant-and-vitamin-based antioxidants, and essential fatty acids and lipids. We are not able to cleanse our face thoroughly due to the busy life, weekly use of cleansing mask with revitalizing cleansing treatment effect will ensure your skin is deeply cleansed, revitalized and soothe your skin,  leaving it feeling smooth and soft. Alternate the application of these two types of mask weekly, along with  the daily day and night cleansing and cream applications, facial rejuvenation practice has become part of your life. Not only that you will look or appear to be younger, but you will actually feel like one younger person. Unlike cosmetic surgery, the pain you encountered during recovery period will always remind you that you are old, the fear of going through that experience again will even make you feel older.

Feeling young and good is  part of life, you can make it your whole life by practicing facial rejuvenation the natural way without resorting to plastic surgery to maintain your youthful appearance but feeling old from the inside. Natural facial rejuvenation is a lifetime practice, and I am very sure you do not want to make plastic surgery a lifetime practice, do you?

Acne Treatment – Understanding Your Skin Type Is Critical

Acne is not only embarrassing and unattractive but if severe enough it can hinder social interaction, even result in depression. Acne doesn’t happen overnight and thus it must be treated systematically and with patience for long term results but regardless is what approach you take – topical or internal treatment you may have to try and number of different treatments to find one that will work for you.

        Understanding Your Skin Type
Because everyone has a little different type of body chemistry and skin type acne treatment cannot take a one size fits all approach. As a result, before implementing any acne treatment it’s important to understand your skin type in order to achieve the results you desire.

        Types of Skin
In a nutshell, there are basically three types of skin: oily, dry and normal. However, what makes acne so difficult to treat for some is that they have a mixture of all three skin types on different parts of their face. For example, they may have an oily nose, a dry forehead and fairly normal skin on the rest of your face. Once you have determined your skin type you can start an acne treatment and skin care. If you don’t feel comfortable in determining your own skin type you may want to consult a dermatologist who will be able to properly diagnose your skin issues and recommend a plan of action for correcting it.

        Skin Care
Caring for your skin should is a daily process because it’s exposed to a continuous bombardment of the elements like wind, temperature extremes and air quality issues – both indoor and out.

Skin care is an essential step in properly treating acne on a long term basis because properly maintained skin and proper acne treatment go hand in hand. For example, both require keeping the skin clean and properly hydrated and both require proper nutrition because many skin issues are caused from poor nutrition. Impurities from poor nutrition are then eliminated from the body through the skin and drinking plenty of good, fluoride free water (distilled water is the purest form of water) to assist your body in properly eliminating toxins is essential. Drinking soda or coffee or other fluids is not a substitute for water.

Once your acne clears you must continue the skin care and nutrition habits that resulted in your improved complexion or you’ll find yourself – regardless of age back to having problems with your skin.

Acne treatment and skin care are a necessary process of your daily routine in order to keep your skin clear from acne and from the early signs of aging but it’s also necessary if you want to maintain your youthful appearance for as long as possible. Acne cannot be cured from the outside but it can be from the inside and therefore if you don’t change your lifestyle and eating habits it can and most likely will continue to reoccur throughout your lifetime.

There are acne treatment centers throughout the country should you so chose to take that direction in treating your acne but like a form of medical care it makes sense to get more than one opinion and then decide which one fits your particular situation – good luck.
